Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base for VRF systems.

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets for VRF solutions.

· Prepare and deliver technical presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our products

· Build and maintain strong relationships with customer.

· Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and provide technical and customized VRF features and solutions

· Prepare detailed and accurate proposals, quotations, and contracts for customers.

· Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to close sales effectively.

· Collaborate with the engineering and project management teams to ensure successful project execution.

· Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

· Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

· Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

· Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales of VRF systems or HVAC equipment.

· Strong technical knowledge of VRF systems and HVAC applications.

· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Proficiency in using AutoCAD, HAP, HVAC selection software’s

· Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.

· Fluent in spoken and written English is mandatory

· Owns a car
