We are looking for an experienced and dynamic junior VRF Sales Engineer to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering,
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales of VRF systems or HVAC equipment.
- Strong technical -knowledge of VRF systems and HVAC applications.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
· Proficiency in using AutoCAD, HAP, HVAC selection software’s
· Fluent in spoken and written English is mandatory
· Owns a car
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base for VRF systems.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets for VRF solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our products
- Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and provide technical and customized VRF features and solutions
- Prepare detailed and accurate proposals, quotations, and contracts for customers.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to close sales effectively.
- Collaborate with the engineering and project management teams to ensure successful project execution.
