 Responsibilities:

 Requirements:

  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Architecture, or a related field.  Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role, preferably in a showroom or retail environment.

Main Purpose of Job 

·         Is to provide the requisite infrastructure and technology platform to enable connectivity through fiber optics and associated technologies in manner that provides solutions to the clients. The objective is achieved through a deep insight of clients’ needs and delivering to their expectation through a well prepared and motivated workforce, Responsible for consistent operation and ongoing development of all company system including LAN, WAN, SAN, application support and Provides technical guidance, training and advice along with advanced technical support to all technical team.

·         Keep the company network running smoothly by monitoring and controlling all operation resources and activities.

·         Lead technology development activities, Support projects and technical resources and bridge the gap between technology and management.

·         Accomplishes department objectives by managing staff, planning and evaluating department activities. Manage On-perm Active directory and Azure AD.

·         Responsible for create & implement Virtual servers on premises and on cloud, maintain system

·         sustainability.

·         Check backup, troubleshoot system problems, and support help desk team to ensure that our IT

·         infrastructure runs smoothly.

·         Maintain 24/7 system availability .

·         Maintain network security and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

 

Team Leadership:

 

Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, including systems administrators, network engineers, and help desk technicians. Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members to promote professional growth and development.


IT Infrastructure Management:

 

Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, servers, and telecommunications systems. Ensure that systems are secure, reliable, and scalable to meet the needs of the organization.

 

 

Systems Administration:

 

Manage and administer servers, databases, and other critical IT systems. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to optimize performance and minimize downtime.

 

Network Security:

 

Develop and implement security protocols and measures to protect the company's IT assets from unauthorized access, cyber threats, and data breaches. Stay current on industry best practices and emerging security technologies.

 

Project Management:

 

Plan, coordinate, and oversee IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and deployments. Develop project plans, allocate resources, and track progress to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

 

Vendor Management:

 

Manage relationships with third-party vendors, service providers, and contractors. Evaluate vendor proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure that vendors deliver products and services that meet the company's requirements and standards.

 

 

User Support:

 

Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, answering technical questions, and providing training and guidance as needed.

 

IT Strategy:

 

Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to align the company's IT capabilities with its business objectives. Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement to drive efficiency, productivity, and competitive advantage.


 

Performance Management:

 

·         Develop a performance management framework to ensure that the team is delivering against its performance indicators and service standards.

·         Formulate and cascade to departments measurable and time bound objectives that are consistent with the broad corporate objectives annually.

·         Measure achievement of these objectives through review of submitted reports from Senior Management continuously.

·         Conduct department meetings monthly for Performance Management reviews.

·         Undertake all performance related activities in accordance with the Fiberband standard.

Internal Operations:

 

·         Ensure operation teams are follow the correct procedure, Policies and documentation requirement.

·         Review status report of technical manager and Supervisor and addresses issues as appropriate.

·         Decides on network expansion designs and project implementation schedules.

·         Decides on network project implementation priorities.

·         Decides on Information Technology systems acquisitions and prioritization.

 

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

·         Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or leadership role.

·         Proven experience managing IT teams and projects in a corporate environment.

·         Certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, CCNP.
