Responsibilities
Factory Operations & Production Management
Supply Chain & Warehouse Management
Manage procurement, inventory control, and logistics to ensure smooth operations and cost efficiency. · Implement lean supply chain strategies to minimize waste and reduce operational costs. · Oversee warehouse activities, ensuring proper storage, inventory accuracy, and timely distribution of raw materials and finished products.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration between supply chain, warehouse, and production teams. · Develop KPIs and monitor performance to drive operational excellence and productivity.
Cost & Process Optimization
Identify areas for cost savings, process automation, and operational efficiency. · Implement data-driven decision-making tools to enhance forecasting and planning.
Qualifications
FMCG / Dairy or Juice
Experience · 10+ years of experience in factory operations, manufacturing, or supply chain management, preferably in FMCG, dairy, or food production. · Strong knowledge manufacturing, and warehouse management systems.
· Proven experience in managing large-scale production facilities with a focus on efficiency and cost optimization. · Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
