Responsibilities
- Proactively seek opportunities for new Installation sales.
- Visit and engage with clients, consultants, architects, developers, and contractors to identify and cultivate new leads.
- Provide valuable support to clients, consultants, architects, developers, and contractors regarding elevator design and traffic analysis.
- Prepare tenders/quotations and diligently follow up on prospective deals.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers to foster long-term partnerships.
- Negotiate agreement terms and successfully close sales transactions.
- Gather relevant market and customer information to stay informed about industry trends.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and offer technical support during the project design phase.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the system.
- Conduct a thorough analysis of project stages and assess the probability of success.
- Generate precise quotations based on accurate cost calculations for client presentations.
- Collaborate with other departments to compile necessary information for quotation/tender submissions, including arranging bonds and special approvals.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations established by the company.
Qualifications

Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a higher qualification. - Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales within the Elevator Industry
- Demonstrate excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving and conflict management abilities.
- Showcase leadership and management skills.
- Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
