Our client, a leading company in the elevator solutions industry based in Baghdad, is seeking a qualified Sales Engineer to join their team and play a key role in driving sales growth and building strong client relationships​

9:00 AM - 5:00 PM  / 6 Days a week

Salary range

1000$ - 1250$

Responsibilities

  •  Proactively seek opportunities for new Installation sales. 
  • Visit and engage with clients, consultants, architects, developers, and contractors to identify and cultivate new leads.  
  • Provide valuable support to clients, consultants, architects, developers, and contractors regarding elevator design and traffic analysis.  
  • Prepare tenders/quotations and diligently follow up on prospective deals.  
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers to foster long-term partnerships.  
  •  Negotiate agreement terms and successfully close sales transactions.  
  •  Gather relevant market and customer information to stay informed about industry trends.  
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and offer technical support during the project design phase.  
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the system.  
  • Conduct a thorough analysis of project stages and assess the probability of success. 
  •  Generate precise quotations based on accurate cost calculations for client presentations.  
  • Collaborate with other departments to compile necessary information for quotation/tender submissions, including arranging bonds and special approvals.  
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations established by the company. 

Qualifications

  •  
    Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a higher qualification. 
  • Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales within the Elevator Industry 
  • Demonstrate excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.  
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving and conflict management abilities.  
  • Showcase leadership and management skills.  
  • Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.  
  • Demonstrate sound decision-making skills.
