Responsibilities
- Team Leadership and Guidance: Effectively lead and manager team members to achieve specific goals.
- Daily Operations Oversight: Organize and direct daily activities to ensure timely and accurate task completion.
- Employee Developments: Provide guidance, training, and feedback to enhance team member's skills and performance.
- Goal setting and motivation: Establish measurable goals, motivate the team to achieve them, and foster collaboration with other departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Leadership experience 1/2 years
- Communication skills, problem-solving abilities, organizational skills.
- Marketing and Media Knowledge.
