Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.

Oversee the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Manage HR operations, including payroll, time and attendance, and HR data management.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, bonus plans, and benefits enrollment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in business administration or a related field.
- + 5 years of experience as an HR Manager in FMCG or Retail sectors.

Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR software.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
