One of our clients specializing in Italian kitchens is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager who has the ability to implement a custom HR system tailored to the company's needs regarding human resources and employees.

Working time
9:00 AM - 5:00 PM / 6 Days a week
Salary range
1,300,000 IQD

Responsibilities
- -Employee Attendance and Leave Management.
- -Assign and track daily tasks for employees.
- - Monitor and evaluate individual employee performance.
- - Track and report on employee achievements.
- -Administer employee payroll, including calculating and processing deductions.
- - Manage salary increases and ensure accurate and timely salary payments.
- -Oversee the annual renewal of employee contracts.
- - Ensure compliance with contract terms and update as necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
- 3+ Years of experience.
- Must has an experience with HR Managerial/Supervision roles.
- Good Knowledge in English Language.
