3,000,000-4,000,000 IQD

Responsibilities
- designs and recommends sales programs and sets short and long-term sales strategies
- evaluate and implement appropriate new sales techniques to increase the department's sales volume.
- recommend product enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
- ensures projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members.
Qualifications
- +5 years’ experience in a management field, preferably customer relationship management
- Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field.
- Excellent leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
