Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models to analyze and forecast company performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis.
- Monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the Commercial team to model P&Ls and provide financial analysis for launching innovations, and carry out post mortem analysis. This includes scenario modelling to assess innovation viability.
- Coordinate the preparation, submission and review of product P&Ls for the CODEV (innovation decision-making) meeting.
- Lead scenario analysis and pricing discussions
- Lead the annual budgeting process, collaborating with other departments to develop realistic and achievable financial targets.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial forecasts based on industry trends, market conditions, and business strategy.
- SPOC for all ASDI submission requirements including all submission forms and related follow up questions.
- Undertake SKU breakeven analysis, benchmarking analysis, ROI and other product performance assessments as needed.
- Partner with Supply and Plant team to identify and track delivery of productivity projects.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports for management, shareholders, and external stakeholders.
- Identify and assess financial risks, proposing risk mitigation strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact the company's financial position.
- Custodian of company policies and procedures in his/her area
- Comply with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar financial management role within the food or dairy industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting regulations, and financial analysis techniques.
- Excellent proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
- Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and financial software.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus. |
