Baghdad - Mansour

Working time

8:00 AM - 4:00 PM 

4:00PM - 12:00AM

  / 6 Days a week

Salary range

700,000IQD + Incentives

Responsibilities

  • Responding to emails, calls, and social media messages.
  • Recording all the complains that come from clients & notifying the concerned departments to enhance the quality of the service.
  • Coordinating with other departments.
  • Doing quality surveys with clients.
  • Following up the orders of the clients & providing the required help.

Qualifications

  • A proven experience in related field.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Attentive to details.
