500,000 IQD + Incentives

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from customers promptly and professionally.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Process customer orders and transactions accurately.
  • Meet or exceed call volume and quality targets.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the call center.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor degree is required.
  • 1 year of experience in call center or a related field.
  • Strong computer proficiency with excellent typing and navigation skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with customers, colleagues, and supervisors.
  • Strong phone etiquette and the ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor.
