Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls from customers promptly and professionally.

Address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.

Process customer orders and transactions accurately.

Meet or exceed call volume and quality targets.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the call center.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor degree is required.
- 1 year of experience in call center or a related field.

Strong computer proficiency with excellent typing and navigation skills.

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with customers, colleagues, and supervisors.

Strong phone etiquette and the ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor.
