Responsibilities
- Responding to emails, calls, and social media messages.
- Recording all the complains that come from clients & notifying the concerned departments to enhance the quality of the service.
- Coordinating with other departments.
- Doing quality surveys with clients.
- Following up the orders of the clients & providing the required help.
Qualifications
- A proven experience in related field.
- Good communication skills.
- Attentive to details.
