Responsibilities
- Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers, and facilitate organic growth
- Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused toward that mission
- Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
- Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports.
- Control resources and utilise assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, economics, or in any other related business discipline
- +8 years’ experience in a management field, preferably customer relationship management.
