Responsibilities
- System Design and Implementation:
- • Design, configure, and deploy VoIP systems including PBX systems, SIP trunks, and related hardware and software.
- • Develop VoIP network architecture tailored to meet client requirements.
- • Network Management:
- • Manage and optimize VoIP network performance to minimize latency, jitter, and packet loss.
- • Configure and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls to support VoIP traffic.
Qualifications
- • Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining VoIP systems.
- • Proven experience with PBX systems (such as Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, Cisco CallManager).
- • Strong knowledge of VoIP protocols (SIP, H.323, RTP, RTCP).
- • Proficiency in networking principles (TCP/IP, QoS, VLANs, VPNs).
- • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Voice.
- • Microsoft Certified: Teams Voice Engineer Associate.
- • Certified VoIP Engineer (CVE).
