Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience with Cisco networking technologies, including Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Exchange.
- Experience with VMware virtualization technologies, such as VMware vSphere and VMware Horizon.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Integrate hardware, software, networks, and other components into cohesive systems.
- Develop testing strategies and procedures to verify system functionality and performance.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with the system, including technical risks and security vulnerabilities.
- Establish and maintain configuration management processes to track system changes over time.
- Create technical documentation, user manuals, and system architecture diagrams.
- Provide ongoing support for the system, including troubleshooting issues and applying updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, hardware engineers, and project managers.
- Evaluate system performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
