Our Client is Seeking a skilled Sous Chef to assist in kitchen operations, ensure food quality, and lead the culinary team in the head chef’s absence.


Location

Baghdad - Yarmook

Working time

10-12 Hours / 6 Days a week

Salary range

800,000 IQD / 1,200,000 IQD

Responsibilities

  • Oversee food preparation and kitchen staff.
  • Maintain quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
  • Assist in menu planning and inventory management.
  • Train and mentor junior chefs.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and kitchen management skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
