2,500,000 - 3,000,000 IQD

Responsibilities
- - Identify and negotiate with suitable suppliers to secure optimal pricing and conditions and Collect, evaluate, and monitor supplier data to ensure compliance with company policies.
- - Prepare and process purchase orders based on organizational needs and Ensure accuracy in material specifications and assist in preparing offers to suppliers.
- - Evaluate supplier performance and ensure adherence to agreed terms and Prepare periodic procurement reports and manage inventory levels.
- - Monitor and report procurement expenditures to assist with budget forecasts and Maintain high-quality standards for suppliers and mitigate risks in purchasing activities.
Qualifications
- - Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- - Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in procurement and contracts.
- - Proficiency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
- - In-depth knowledge of procurement and supply chain operations.
- - Strong negotiation skills and Proficiency in spreadsheets and report preparation.
- - Competency in accounting software, including Excel and Word.
