Responsibilities

Manage and organize all administrative and secretarial tasks for the Chairman of the Board.
- Perform virtual assistant duties such as scheduling meetings, organizing correspondence, managing emails, and preparing documents.

Prepare regular reports and submit them directly to the Chairman.
- Coordinate and follow up with all departments, with full access authority to ensure smooth workflow.

Facilitate effective communication between the Chairman and other departments.
Qualifications

Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Minimum of 2 years of experience in secretarial or administrative assistance.

Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
