1,500,000 IQD + Incentives

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
- Support the Territory Manager in managing and growing key client accounts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned region.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports on key metrics and progress.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and closing deals with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions on day to day basis.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any issues or concerns raised by clients.
- Cash collection responsibility
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3 + years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the industrial sector.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient writing and verbal in English, Kurdish and Arabic.
