Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and service.
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and ensure availability of menu items.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and update the menu, focusing on traditional Arab dishes.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Organize and participate in promotional events to attract customers and enhance the restaurant's reputation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar role in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of Arab cuisine and cultural practices.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in using restaurant management software and POS systems.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
