Our client who is a leading company in Real Estate Development in Baghdad, Is seeking a qualified Sales Manager  to fill this position and play a vital role in the overall success of the company.


Location

Baghdad - Zayouna

Working time

9:00 AM - 7:00 PM  / 6 Days a week

Salary range

2000-3000$ + Percentage

Responsibilities

    1. Oversee and manage the sales department to ensure that required targets are achieved on a regular basis.
    2. Develop and implement the company's strategic plan to achieve sales goals and expand the customer base.
    3. Participate in building relationships with clients and ensuring services are provided to achieve customer satisfaction.
    4. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and business objectives.
    5. Engage in effective communication, continuous evaluation, and provide suggestions and promotional offers.
    6. Possess a good understanding of market nature and identify available sales opportunities.
    7. Prepare budgets and appropriate sales methodologies to achieve the best results.
    8. Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
    9. Manage the sales department across all branches within the country to achieve the highest sales percentage.
    10. Establish productive and professional relationships with negotiators and finalize sales procedures and agreements with key clients.

    Qualifications

      • Previous experience in sales, preferably in the real estate sector.
      • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
      • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
      • Excellent organizational and management skills.
