Our client who is a leading company in Real Estate Development in Baghdad, Is seeking a qualified Sales Manager to fill this position and play a vital role in the overall success of the company.
Location
Baghdad - Zayouna
Working time
9:00 AM - 7:00 PM / 6 Days a week
Salary range
2000-3000$ + Percentage

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the sales department to ensure that required targets are achieved on a regular basis.
- Develop and implement the company's strategic plan to achieve sales goals and expand the customer base.
- Participate in building relationships with clients and ensuring services are provided to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and business objectives.
- Engage in effective communication, continuous evaluation, and provide suggestions and promotional offers.
- Possess a good understanding of market nature and identify available sales opportunities.
- Prepare budgets and appropriate sales methodologies to achieve the best results.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Manage the sales department across all branches within the country to achieve the highest sales percentage.
- Establish productive and professional relationships with negotiators and finalize sales procedures and agreements with key clients.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Excellent organizational and management skills.
