Responsibilities
- Interact with clients to understand their real estate needs
- Present properties and conduct property tours
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and current clients
- Negotiate sales contracts and facilitate the closing process
- Stay updated on local real estate market trends and property values
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote listings
Qualifications
- Education: University graduate
- Appearance: Presentable with a professional demeanor
- Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills; experience in real estate sales is a plus
- Personality: Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
