1,000,000 - 1,500,000 IQD

Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with qualified international suppliers based on quality, pricing, and reliability.

Prepare purchase orders and oversee the full import cycle including contracts, shipping, customs clearance, and delivery.

Coordinate with the design team to ensure purchased items meet architectural and technical kitchen specifications.

Review product samples and validate conformity before finalizing procurement decisions.
- Generate periodic reports on order status, supplier performance, and cost analysis.

Monitor global market trends and price fluctuations affecting kitchen product costs.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the kitchen, construction, or interior fit-out sectors.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) for international supplier communication.
- Strong negotiation and commercial analysis skills.
- Familiarity with import regulations and customs procedures.
