Responsibilities
- Greet and interact with guests to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure personalized service and upsell menu items when appropriate.
- Ensure personalized service and upsell menu items when appropriate.
- Lead and supervise waitstaff, hosts/hostesses, and sometimes bussers.
- Ensure tables are properly set and service standards are followed.
Qualifications
- Great Communication Skills.
- +4 years of experience in a similar role.
