Responsibilities

Handling inbound calls, emails, and online chats from customers with questions or concerns.

Assisting customers in understanding cars features, specifications, pricing, and availability.

Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through excellent communication and service.

Maintaining accurate customer records and documenting all interactions in the company's CRM system.

Communicating customer feedback and suggestions to relevant departments within the company.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor degree or a diploma is required.

A basic understanding of automotive terminology, parts, and services is a plus.

Ability in using computers and relevant software (CRM systems, email, etc.) is essential for managing customer interactions and data.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for interacting with customers, providing clear information, and resolving issues.

The capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing customer inquiries, is vital.
