Our client who is a leading company that specializes in Manufacturers in Baghdad, Is seeking a Customer Service Representative to fill this position and play a vital role in the overall success of the company.

Baghdad - Jadriya

Working time

8:30 AM - 4:30 PM  / 6 Days a week

Salary range

600,000 IQD

Responsibilities

  • Handling inbound calls, emails, and online chats from customers with questions or concerns.
  • Assisting customers in understanding cars features, specifications, pricing, and availability.
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through excellent communication and service.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and documenting all interactions in the company's CRM system.
  • Communicating customer feedback and suggestions to relevant departments within the company.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor degree or a diploma is required. 
  • A basic understanding of automotive terminology, parts, and services is a plus.
  • Ability in using computers and relevant software (CRM systems, email, etc.) is essential for managing customer interactions and data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for interacting with customers, providing clear information, and resolving issues.
  • The capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing customer inquiries, is vital.
