9:00 AM - 4:00 PM / 6 Days a week
Salary range
750,000-900,000 IQD

Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve complaints and provide accurate information.
- Follow up on customer issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain records of customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to solve problems quickly.
- Give reports to the manager
Qualifications

High school diploma or higher (Bachelor’s is a plus). - 2+ years of experience in customer service.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in CRM tools and basic computer use.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask.
- Very Good English
