Our client who is a leading company in food and beverage in Baghdad, Is seeking a qualified Customer Care, to fill this position and play a vital role in the overall success of the company.


Location

Baghdad - Hay Al-Atibba

Working time

9:00 AM - 4:00 PM  / 6 Days a week

Salary range

750,000-900,000 IQD

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Resolve complaints and provide accurate information.
  • Follow up on customer issues to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to solve problems quickly.
  • Give reports to the manager

Qualifications

  •  
    High school diploma or higher (Bachelor’s is a plus).
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and basic computer use.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask.
  • Very Good English
