Working time
9:00 AM - 6:00PM / 6 Days a week
Salary range
600,000IQD – 750,000 IQD

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls professionally
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Handle customer complaints and offer solutions
- Record and update customer data
- Transfer calls to the appropriate department when needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a call center is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills (e.g., Word, Excel)
- Punctual, organized, and able to work on shifts
