For one of Masterminds’ clients – a leading company in the travel and tourism industry – we are looking for a male and a female Call Center Agent to join a specialized team responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing support


Location

Baghdad - Al-Mansour

Working time

9:00 AM - 6:00PM  / 6 Days a week

Salary range

600,000IQD – 750,000 IQD

Gender

Male / Female

Responsibilities

  •  Answer incoming calls professionally
  •  Provide accurate information about products/services
  • Handle customer complaints and offer solutions
  • Record and update customer data
  • Transfer calls to the appropriate department when needed.

Qualifications

  •  Previous experience in a call center is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills (e.g., Word, Excel)
  •  Punctual, organized, and able to work on shifts
