Our client who is a  leading developers & construction company based in Mansour, Baghdad , Is seeking a qualified B2B Sales to fill this position and play a vital role in the overall success of the company.


Location

Baghdad - Mansour

Working time

9:00 AM - 5:00 PM  / 6 Days a week

Salary range

500$ - 700$ + Percentage

Responsibilities 

    • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and emerging industry trends.
    • Client Acquisition: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in various industries, including real estate, commercial, and governmental sectors.
    • Sales Strategy: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
    • Presentation Skills: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing our capabilities and project portfolio.
    • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements to close deals while ensuring profitability for the company.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and the technical team to ensure client requirements are understood and met effectively.
    • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
    • Strong understanding of construction processes, project management, and industry regulations.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
    • Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
