9:00 AM - 5:00 PM / 6 Days a week
Salary range
500$ - 700$ + Percentage

Responsibilities
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and emerging industry trends.
- Client Acquisition: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in various industries, including real estate, commercial, and governmental sectors.
- Sales Strategy: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Presentation Skills: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing our capabilities and project portfolio.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements to close deals while ensuring profitability for the company.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and the technical team to ensure client requirements are understood and met effectively.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, project management, and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
