Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to expand partnerships with premium hotels, airlines, corporations, and retailers.
- Identify and target potential business clients that align with the brand’s luxury positioning.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and distributors.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and exclusivity agreements while maintaining brand integrity and profitability.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer insights to adjust sales approaches.
- Collaborate with marketing to design tailored product presentations and corporate gifting solutions.
- Ensure all brand interactions reflect the company’s high-end image and service standards.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and growth analysis to management.
- Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the brand and generate leads.
- Work closely with logistics and production teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment for corporate clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in luxury goods, hospitality, or FMCG sectors.
- Proven track record in building high-value client relationships and meeting sales targets.
- Deep understanding of premium/luxury market dynamics and client expectations.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
- Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for representing a high-end brand.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Willingness to travel locally and regionally for client meetings and events.
