- 4 + years in the FMCG retail sector.
- Strong, active network and established contacts within the industry.
- A proven track record of driving sales growth for premium brands.
- Deep understanding of the market and consumer behavior.
- Strong communication skills, the ability to build relationships.
- Experience dealing with distributors and large supermarkets.
- Ability to build sales processes and reporting systems
