Responsibilities
- Generate new business across all non-medical insurance lines.
- Identify potential clients (corporate + retail) and conduct field visits.

Prepare proposals and quotations in coordination with underwriting.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure renewal and retention.
- Achieve monthly and annual production targets set by management.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Qualifications

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proven experience in insurance sales or financial services (life, medical, general insurance).
- High level of professionalism and customer service.
