Our client, a leading company in Baghdad's sweets and confectionery industry, is seeking a qualified Showroom Manager to fill this position and play a vital role in the company's overall success.  ​

Baghdad - Al-Mansour

Working time

11:00 AM - 10:00 PM  / 6 Days a week

Salary range

600$ - 1200$

Responsibilities

  • Organize staff schedules, ensure adequate coverage of all service times, monitor service delivery and ensure that all operations run smoothly
  • Welcome guests and ensure their satisfaction with the service provided, handle complaints and resolve issues quickly and effectively
  • Train and guide the work team on good service standards and best practices, follow up on staff performance and provide necessary feedback and guidance
  • Cooperate with the kitchen to coordinate order processes and ensure that guests’ needs are met, communicate with the sales and marketing department to promote special offers and organize events
  • Monitor and analyze performance indicators such as hall sales and customer satisfaction and provide periodic reports to management on hall performance and recommend improvements
  • Organize special events such as birthday parties or meetings and coordinate them with different teams

Qualifications

  •  At least (5 - 8) years of experience in the field of restaurant service
  • Must Be Syrian or Lebanese
  • The restaurant hall manager must have strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
  • In addition to a good knowledge of the hospitality and operation field
