Responsibilities
- Manage general accounting operations, including tracking financial movements, updating records, and preparing budgets, income statements, and reports on the company’s financial status.
- Analyze financial data to forecast future financial conditions and propose solutions to address any financial issues.
- Submit periodic financial reports to the Board of Directors and maintain backup copies of all financial records.
- Ensure confidentiality of financial data and develop efficient work plans to organize accounting with other departments.
- Follow up, train, and develop the finance team to enhance performance and accuracy.
- Calculate product costs, create savings plans, and efficiently archive financial operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- Experience in the field of accounting 5 years at least
- Good communication skills and writing official emails
- Has familiarity with the accounting systems approved in accounts
- Ability to manage a team
