Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on electro-mechanical systems, including machinery, equipment, and production lines to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Conduct repairs on various equipment, including pumps, motors, conveyor systems, refrigeration units, and processing machinery.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, including work performed, parts used, and service intervals.
- Assist in the installation of new equipment and upgrades as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols while performing tasks.
