Our client, a leading company in water treatment systems and environmental solutions based in Baghdad, is seeking to hire a full-time In-Store Sales & Customer Service Representative to join their team and play a key role in daily operations and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers inside the store (5 to 10 daily, in-person or by phone)
- Professionally explain products and services
- Process sales, record orders, and invoices using “Al-Murabba” software.
- Handle cash with high accuracy and maintain daily financial records .
- Organize customer lists, follow up on orders, and manage receipts.
- Maintain the cleanliness and order of the store, working independently.
Qualifications

Engineering graduate (preferably Mechanical or Chemical) - Strong, persuasive, and well-presented personality
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all customer types
- Highly accurate in handling numbers and organizing information
- Proficient in “Al-Murabba” software
