Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts aligned with company goals.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Analyze financial data, industry trends, and market conditions to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making.
- Coordinate external audits and manage relationships with auditors to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with preference for CPA or CFA certification.
- 5-7 years of experience in finance or accounting, with expertise in financial reporting and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial regulations, with the ability to adapt to changes in compliance standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage teams and collaborate with executives.
- Advanced financial analysis and modeling skills to support strategic planning and business growth.
